In the twinkling of an eye, I have joined the big family of Beijing Biology for more than six months. From the confusion six months ago to my love for this career, it is the people I met and the things I have experienced in the Beijing company that have contributed to my positive change.


The first time I heard about Beijing Biotech, I learned from the news that Beijing Biotech has developed a vaccine that can help people fight against the COVID-19 epidemic. Vaccine can be said to be a reassuring pill for everyone at the time of the epidemic. It is a great industry that can benefit mankind. I hadn't graduated yet, but I had planted a seed in my heart that I wanted to enter the vaccine industry and contribute to the cause of human health. Fortunately, after graduation, I got the offer of Beijing Biology, and started the exploration journey from campus to society.


Six months ago, when I first joined the society, I was full of confusion about the future. After working in Beijing Biology for a period of time, I found that there was a pure working environment, a strong atmosphere of scientific research, friendly leaders and teachers, and like-minded colleagues... These harmony and warmth, like a beam of sunshine, dissipated my confusion.


Speaking of my leaders and teachers, they are approachable and straightforward. They will tell us their experience and knowledge without reservation and help us grow rapidly in the workplace. When my work is not good enough, they will point out the mistakes that need to be corrected for me with harsh but encouraging words; When I made progress, they were generous in praising me, which made me stride forward with confidence.


Speaking of my colleagues, they are excellent and progressive. In the work, we will discuss that the method in a certain document is worth learning, and we will also discuss what can be improved in the experiment; In addition to work, we will work out together, have dinner together, and discuss the newly released movies and games together. A good partner at work and a good friend to play together after work.


I am lucky to be able to enter the Beijing company and meet amiable leading teachers and outstanding colleagues. I am learning and making progress every day. I believe that as long as we keep a self-motivated mind, the fertile land of Beijing Biology can make everyone grow.
