Since 2020, every day has been ordinary and challenging for Beijing Biology. I have also achieved rapid growth and development in the big ship of Beijing Biology. Since I joined the company in 2018, I have studied and exercised at the front line of the production department, and then assigned to the quality verification post. During this process, I have received systematic practical and theoretical training. The one-on-one and hands-on teaching method has laid a solid foundation for my future work.

In my work, I make full use of various training opportunities of the company, enhance the accumulation of practical experience, continuously improve my professional ability, and have a solid professional quality in establishing verification methods, optimizing methods and carrying out comprehensive verification. In the early stage of COVID-19 vaccine research and development in 2020, innovative requirements were put forward for the development of testing methods. Beijing Company opened this research opportunity to every employee of the company with a compatible and open attitude. After the complete method development and verification, the two verification methods developed by me as a "newcomer" have been recognized by the company. Behind this trust, it represents the innovative corporate culture of Beijing Biotech, which uses talents regardless of style.

Later, I grew step by step from a "small star" to a "big star": WHO international pre-certification inspection, CNAS certification, method development, transfer, optimization and verification of new products under research... Each challenge is an opportunity for company development, as well as an opportunity for personal growth. Beijing Biology provides us with a platform to constantly improve ourselves and realize our own value.
