China National Biotec Group Beijing Institute of Biological Products Held 2026 Mid-Year Work Conference

On August 4^th, China National Biotec Group (CNBG) Beijing Institute of Biological Products (BIBP) held its 2026 mid-year work conference. The meeting adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding principle, studied and implemented the spirit of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) Central Enterprise Leaders Seminar, conveyed the requirements of the Sinopharm Group and CNBG mid-year work conferences, comprehensively reviewed work in the first half of the year, thoroughly analyzed the current development situation, systematically planned key tasks for the second half, and further unified thinking, bolstered confidence, and made solid efforts to accomplish all annual goals and objectives. 

The meeting pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the company has resolutely implemented various decisions and deployments from higher authorities, focused on key priorities including quality improvement, marketing reform, and scientific research breakthroughs, and achieved phased progress. In the first half of the year, the company successfully passed various inspections, achieved smooth transitions in self-operated product sales, continuously enhanced market-oriented operational capabilities, actively advanced key R&D projects, and at the same time deepened special initiatives to improve quality and efficiency, steadily improving lean management levels. The company is at a critical juncture of deepening reform and transformational development. All cadres and employees must face problems squarely, conduct in-depth analysis, identify effective countermeasures, and drive the company's development by tackling difficult issues.

The meeting emphasized that all cadres and employees must enhance their capacity building, strengthen their sense of responsibility, implement all work deployments with planning, objectives, follow-up, and results, and go all out to achieve solid results in the company's reform and development.

Gao Song, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a concluding speech. In the second half of the year, the company must closely focus on strengthening core functions and enhancing core competitiveness, and solidly advance the implementation of all key tasks to achieve tangible results. First, adhere to quality as the foundation, and continuously and comprehensively improve the operational level of the quality management system. Second, analyze and adapt to market backgrounds and changes, and accelerate the construction of a marketing system suited to the new situation. Third, adhere to innovation-driven development, concentrate resources to coordinate and advance scientific research breakthroughs and commercialization of results, and continuously cultivate new drivers of development. Fourth, persist in deepening internal reforms, optimizing management mechanisms, and stimulating endogenous momentum. Fifth, maintain steady and orderly progress, coordinate the resolution of various historical issues, and provide solid guarantees for the company's high-quality development.
